Cadet
- Qualifications: Private Pilot Certificate
- Requirements: Successfully complete the HR interview
- Benefits: Mentorship and promotional material
Senior Cadet
- Qualifications: Commercial pilot license
- Requirements: Successfully complete the entire interview process, including technical portion
- Benefits: Mentorship and promotional material, $7,500 in tuition and training reimbursement at Senior Cadet Interview, and access to flight benefits
Cadet Instructor
- Qualifications: Certified Flight Instructor Certificate with Instrument Airplane Rating
- Requirements: Complete Cadet Instructor check in
- Benefits: Mentorship, promotional material, tuition reimbursement of $7,500, and access to flight benefits
